Current Limitations

Integration Gaps: Currently manual CSV exports. Exploring direct API integration (Jira → Claude) pending security/compliance review.

  • Generate formatted, stakeholder-ready outputs

  • Return time to focus on program value delivery

The relevant question isn't whether AI is perfect. It's whether AI makes you more effective at the work that actually moves programs forward.

For me: 5+ hours weekly recovered from administrative overhead represents time redirected to removing blockers, aligning stakeholders, and driving decisions.
